How do I place an order?
Select your product, choose the available options and add it to your cart. Check your order before proceeding to secure checkout.
Which payment methods are accepted?
The payment methods currently available are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact ozeya.shop@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll do our best to help before preparation begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

How do I choose my size?
A size guide is available on the Sculpt Set and Sculpt Shorts product pages. If one of your measurements falls between two sizes, choose the larger size for more comfort.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
OZEYA ships to France, enabled European destinations, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Availability is confirmed after entering the delivery address at checkout.
How much is shipping?
- France Standard under €59: €4.99
- France Express: €10.99
- Europe: €4.99 where available
- United States: €29
Standard shipping is free in France from €59. The exact rate is confirmed before payment.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address provided during the order.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt to tell us that you wish to withdraw. See our Returns & Refunds page.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
