Destinations

Delivery is available to the European countries enabled at checkout, including Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Portugal, the Netherlands, Ireland, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Greece and Poland. Switzerland and the United Kingdom are handled within the Europe zone. Outside Europe, delivery is currently offered to the United States.

The available destinations are checked automatically when you enter your address. If a destination cannot be selected, it is not currently available for the items concerned.

Delivery times

The estimate for your address and shipping method appears before you confirm your order. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs and busy periods.

Unless another delivery time is expressly stated and accepted at purchase, the order is delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded, in accordance with applicable rules.

Customs and taxes

For destinations outside the European Union, local taxes, customs duties or import fees may be charged by local authorities or the carrier. These possible fees are paid by the recipient and are not included in OZEYA shipping charges.
